Fitness Class

The stake has asked Ashley Lisonbee to teach a fitness class on Mondays at 9:30am at the Stake Center. It will be 30 minutes of ballet aerobic conditioning and 30 minutes of Yoga. This workout is designed for all ages, no dance experience required.  Just a good, fun workout dance like conditioning.
