Does anyone have any dance exercise videos I could borrow to try out? I am thinking about buying a Zumba video but have never done it before and on Amazon there are so many different ones I don't know where to start. It doesn't have to be Zumba- does anyone have a favorite?

I'm actually curious about this stuff too (because I'm finding it very hard to get my behind out the door and into the gym)! Please let me know too. And Sarah, I might take you up on the offer too if that's okay. :)

I wanted to tell you that Zumba is amazing! I love going to a Zumba class, I love the dancing and the music I don't feel like I'm working out just dancing! I didn't know that you could buy them for working out in the home I will have to look into this as well! They have classes right there on main street in Lehi at the dance studio. Just FYI
