GATEWAY DISCOVERY MUSEUM OUTING NEXT WEDNESDAY!! EVERYONE IS INVITED!

A bunch of us have been talking about taking the kids up to the Gateway Discovery Museum in Salt Lake and we have planned to go next Wednesday the 3rd. It's an awesome place to take the kids--especially if you're already getting cabin fever!

The cost is $8 a person or you can buy family passes--check out the rates on their website. I'm not sure what the age limit is on cost. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it to do once in a while. If anyone finds out a way to get a discount, let us know.

We are planning to leave here at 10:00 a.m.. Everyone is welcome to meet at my house and we can carpool, or you can meet us up there around 11:00.

Found Rabbit

New Babies for October

I should have gotten these up sooner--but that's the story of my life sisters!
Chelsi Wood had her baby boy Henson this month. Both are doing well!!
Shelley Grose had her baby boy Logan this month as well. She and the baby are doing super.
Ashley Lisonbee was scheduled for this week and I'll post an update on her soon.

Lost blankie!!

I believe that I brought Dare's blankie to the ward activity last night, but I couldn't find it when he went to bed. I think that I must have lost it at the activity. It's really important to Dare that I find it. If anyone has seen it, please let me know (wood_ail@yahoo.com). I don't think our backup blankie is going to work much longer.

Does anyone have any dance exercise videos I could borrow to try out? I am thinking about buying a Zumba video but have never done it before and on Amazon there are so many different ones I don't know where to start. It doesn't have to be Zumba- does anyone have a favorite?

GARAGE SALE!!

Just letting you all know that this Saturday I am going to be having a garage sale from around 9 am until 3pm or something? I don't really know how to do the whole garage sale thing but we'll see how it goes... Hopefully the weather is cooperative... I have a LOT of brand new stuff! Halloween Costumue Swap...Anyone??

I think I remember that some of you ladies swapped Halloween costumes for the kids last year and I am interested to see if anyone wants to do it this year. For all you new moms, I have a 0-3 month giraffe costume from the Gap (adorable!!) that Mckay wore last year. Anyone is welcome to use it. I'm looking for an elephant costume for Mckay this year (apparently I like jungle animals). I remember seeing one a few years ago where the trunk comes out below the chin--it was adorable! I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask to see if anyone has that one or any other cute customes 12-18 months. I'm looking online as well. As usual, let me know!!

Found dog in Lehi (pink collar)

We found a medium size dog this morning on our walk. It was found near 500 West in Lehi and where the new road is being built. I had animal shelter come and pick it up today around 11:00am you can call the following number if this is your dog or if you know who's dog this is.

RS Temple day

Hey ladies ~

Tomorrow (THURSDAY) morning is our monthly ward RS temple day. It would be great to have as many sisters there as possible!

Free Days At Tracy Aviary in SLC

Amery's preschool group went last week and I saw that this aviary is open for free Oct. 1-4. It's like a zoo with only birds and didn't feel too big to handle with a 5 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. The aviary is in Liberty Park where there is also a fun-looking playground. Just thought I'd pass the info on. Their website is www.tracyaviary.org.
