My friend's (who's nearing the end of her pregnancy) baby is breech and I was wondering if any of you had breech babies that turned around so you didn't have to have a c-section. Any success stories would be great. Thanks!
I had a friend who's baby was in breech position and she did all these things to help the baby to turn:
Hang upside down off the couch (she laid on an ironing board with head toward the floor) as often as possible.
Put something cold at the top of the uterus, or play music or shine a flash light far down around the pelvis. These things will encourage the baby to turn.
Myrrh essential oil all over the belly-also supposed to encourage breech babies to turn too.
She did all these things and the baby did turn into a better position.
