Spinach Artichoke Dip1 can artichoke hearts; drained, rinsed and chopped1/2 cup (or more, if desired) frozen chopped spinach8 oz cream cheeseMicrowave 2 minutes, or until hot then stir in:1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp garlic powderdash ground pepperServe hot with chips for dipping.
