7 Peaks Outing

I was wondering if anyone else got a free pass to 7 Peaks in the mail. The pass expires next Saturday the 26th. If anyone is interested in getting a group together to go next week to use them, let me know. Wednesday or Friday works for me. If we go on Wednesday, you can buy the $10 tickets Natalie talked about in case you didn't get the free pass in the mail or have older kids. The $10 pass is a great deal! Call or e-mail me ASAP!!

Quilting Frame

Does anyone have a quilting frame that I could borrow? I have a quilt to tie, and I'd like to put it on a frame, if possible, in order to stretch it tight before tying. Thanks! -Michele Hansen

Hi everyone!

Dallan's work is selling Seven Peaks Water Park tickets for $10 per ticket again. The passes were donated by Seven Peaks, and all of the proceeds will go to the Springville Museum of Art in Springville, Utah. This is a fabulous way to support the museum and go to seven peaks for a great price!

Tickets will need to be picked up in Provo at FOV Editions, and paid in cash within 24 hours of reserving. To reserve your tickets call 801-379-0345 Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm. You can find the address and directions here. Spread the word! They have about 200 tickets and are hoping to sell out again like they did last year.

Pantry Secrets Wheat Bread Class THIS FRIDAY

I have an instructor from Pantry Secrets coming to teach another bread class at my house. Because you can do so much with the reccipe, they are breaking it down into a white bread and a wheat bread class (and is sounds like they will be doing more than that in the future). We already did the white bread class a few weeks ago, but she is coming again this Friday at 7:00 at my house to do the wheat bread class. We will learn how to make the yummy wheat bread and how to add other grains for more nutrition and variety. She will show us how to make four different types of bread: White Wheat, Oat and Honey with Sunflower Seeds, Italian Spinach and Feta Cheese, and Cinnamon Bread. All this will be done with 100% whole wheat. I don't think many of us have seen these things made in the classes we've been to in our ward and stake so this is a great opportunity. I have room for a few more in my kitchen so that's why I wanted to throw out the invite to whoever is interested. The cost is $10. Please let me know ASAP!! Thanks!
